摘要
通过对"互联网+"环境下高校档案服务特点的分析,提出构建线上和线下协同的O2O服务模式。从线上服务体系的构建、线下服务模式的变革两个方面分析了高校档案O2O服务模式的具体内容,并从信息化建设、组织人员保障、档案资源内容建设和档案工作宣传四个方面提出高校档案机构构建O2O服务模式的对策。
Through the analysis of the characteristics of archives services in colleges and universities under the ＂Internet ＋＂ environment,this paper proposes to build an O2 O service model base on the online and offline collaboration. From the aspects of the construction of online service system and the change of offline service model,the paper analyzes the specific content of archives O2 O service model in colleges and universities,and proposes countermeasures of constructing O2 O service model for colleges and universities from four aspects： informatization construction,organizational personnel protection, archives resource content construction and archives work propaganda.
