摘要
住院医师规范化培训是培养合格临床医师的必需途径,是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,受到国家和全民的高度重视。如何真正有效地落实规培政策,达到满意的教学效果是每个基地需要认真思考的问题。广州中医药大学第一附属医院在广东中医系列临床住院医师规范化培养中肩负重任,本院超声科是集医、教、研为一体的综合型科室,在教学带教方面有着充足的经验。本文回顾总结近两年本院超声科轮转的中医规培生的基本资料,探讨他们的现状和管理中存在的常见问题,积极寻求解决方法,提出建议,以期帮助培训基地及规培医师顺利圆满地完成培训任务,意在提高、完善全国规培教育的质量。
The standardized training of resident doctors is a necessary way to train qualified clinicians and an important part of postgraduate education after graduation, which is highly valued by the state and the whole people. This article reviews and summarizes the basic data of the traditional Chinese medicine rotation of Chinese medicine in the past two years, discusses their current situation and common problems in management, actively seeks solutions and puts forward suggestions to help training bases and physicians to complete the training tasks successfully and successfully, in order to improve and improve the national discipline education.
