摘要
我国健康服务业的迅速发展,对如今的健康服务类专业人才提出了更高的要求,由此引发了对我国健康服务类人才培养模式的探究。针对我国高职健康服务类专业传统人才培养模式的现实困境,探讨了在高职健康服务类专业实施现代学徒制人才培养模式改革的方法策略,以实现健康服务类专业人才培养质量的提高。
With the rapid development of health service industry in our country,higher demands have been put forward to the health service professionals,which has aroused the exploration of the training mode of health service talents in China.This paper discussed the implementation of modern apprenticeship mode for health services specialty in higher vocational based on the practical dilemma of traditional talent cultivation mode,to improve the quality of the training of health service professionals.
