软岩硐室高预应力锚注加固模拟及应用分析

摘要 某矿九采区泵房、变电所布置在软岩地层中,为了解决软岩层硐室变形严重的问题,根据硐室围岩变形特性,对支护方案及参数进行设计,硐室修复采用高预应力锚注加固方案,硐室底板采用"反底拱+注浆+浇筑混凝土"加强支护方式。结合ABAQUS数值模拟,对不同支护方案进行围岩应力分析,结果表明,锚注支护条件下围岩的Mises应力分布大幅度下降,最大主应力与最小主应力之差也相对减小,围岩抗破坏能力增强。现场观测表明,硐室在预应力锚注加固条件下,硐室自身稳定,修复成功。 The pump station and power substation of a mining area in a mining are located in soft rock strata. In order to solve the problem of serious deformation,based on the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the chamber,the support scheme and parameters are designed. The high-prestressed anchoring and reinforcement scheme is adopted for surrounding rock. The floor of the chamber is strengthened by the anti-heave + grouting +pouring concrete. Combined with the ABAQUS numerical simulation,the surrounding rock stress analysis is carried out for different supporting schemes. The results show that the Mises stress distribution of the surrounding rock decreases greatly,and the big gap between the maximum principal stress and the minimum principal stress is also relatively reduced,and the surrounding rock anti-destructive ability is enhanced. Field observations show that the chamber is getting stable by prestressed anchoring and strengthening,and the repair work is successful.
