摘要
目的在重型脑外伤脑疝患者中分别应用脑疝复位天幕切开手术和常规手术进行治疗,比较分析治疗效果。方法选取2015年4月—2018年4月我院80例重型脑外伤脑疝患者进行探究分析,随机分成对照组与观察组各40例,对照组中应用常规手术治疗,观察组应用脑疝复位天幕切开手术,比较两组患者的治疗效果和术后并发症发生情况。结果两组患者分别采用不同的手术治疗措施后,相较于观察组,治疗总有效率对照组较低(P<0.05);治疗完成后,对照组患者的并发症发生率高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论在重型脑外伤脑疝患者中应用脑疝复位天幕切开手术进行治疗的效果显著,且安全性较高。
Objective To compare and analyze the therapeutic effects of cerebral hernia reduction open surgery and conventional surgery in patients with severe traumatic brain hernia.Methods From April 2015 to April 2018,80 cases of severe traumatic brain hernia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in eaca group,conventional surgical treatment was used in the control group,cerebral hernia reduction open surgery was applied in the observation group,the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and postoperative complications was compared.Results The total effective rate of the control groups was significantly lower than that of the observation group（P 〈0.05） after different surgical treatment measures were adopted.After treatment,the incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion In patients with severe traumatic brain injury with cerebral hernia,the application of cerebral hernia reduction open surgery is effective and safe.
