摘要
目的观察替格瑞洛运用到冠脉介入治疗的治疗效果及安全性。方法选择2015年3月—2017年3月我院接收并治疗的冠脉介入治疗后患者108例,并依据不同治疗方式分成两组,对照组54例患者施以阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷,观察组54例患者施以替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林肠溶片,比照两组患者的治疗疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗疗效、心血管不良意外(MACE)的发生率都好于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论替格瑞洛运用到对冠脉介入治疗后患者辅以治疗后,疗效较优。
Objective The therapeutic effect and safety of tigrero in coronary intervention were observed.Methods From March 2015 to March 2017,108 cases of patients after coronary intervention,according to the different treatment,were divided into two groups,54 patients in control group were administered with aspirin enteric solution combined with clopidogrel,54 patients in observation group were administered with tigrero combined with aspirin enteric solution,treatment efficacy of two groups of patients was compared.Results The curative effect and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events（MACE） of patients in observation group were better than those patients in group one,P 〈0.05.Conclusion Tigrero showed obvious effect after coronary intervention,which was better than clopidogrel to some extent.
