摘要
目的对消化内镜感染控制中,采用护理质量管理模式取得的效果分析。方法收集医院消化内镜、消毒液等标本资料,对护理质量管理实施前后感染控制情况观察,并取相关医护人员作为对象,比较护理质量管理实施前后手卫生合格率。结果护理质量管理模式实施后,胃镜内腔、肠镜内腔、肠镜水槽、胃镜水槽、肠镜消毒液、胃镜消毒液以及手卫生合格率相比实施前差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化内镜感染控制中,引入层级护理质量管理模式,对提升内径消毒处理、消毒液处理以及手卫生合格率等均有积极作用。
Objective To analyze nursing quality management mode effect in the control of digestive endoscopy infection.Methods The data of digestive endoscopy and disinfectant was collected to observe the infection control before and after the implementation of nursing quality management,and relevant medical and nursing staff as the object was applied to compare the rate of hand hygiene qualification before and after the implementation of nursing quality management.Results After the implementation of the nursing quality management model,there were significant differences between endoscopy inner cavity,enteroscope inner cavity,enteroscope water tank,gastroscope tank,enteroscope disinfectant,gastroscope disinfection solution and hand hygiene qualification rate before implementation(P 〈0.05).Conclusion In the control of digestive endoscope infection,the level of nursing quality management model is introduced,and it has positive effect on improving the treatment of internal diameter disinfection,disinfection solution and hand hygiene qualification rate.
