摘要
从超声振动辅助电弧加工原理出发,通过对脉冲电源结构、超声发生结构的分析,将二者可共用的整流及控制部分结合,并利用模块化的方法分别对整流电路、超声电源主电路、脉冲电源主电路等关键模块进行设计,提出了能满足特种加工技术要求的复合电源,从而为复合电源理论提供技术及实验支持。
This paper starts with the principle of ultrasonic vibration assisted arc machiningprocessing,through the analysis of the structure of the pulse power supply and the ultrasonic power,theparts of rectifier and contral circuit that can be shared was combined,using modular methods to designkey modules,such as,the rectifier circuit,the circuit of ultrasonic generator,the circuit of arcmachining pulse power supply and so on,a combined power supply which can meet the requirementsof non-traditional machining technology was proposed which provides technical and experiment supportin the theoretical of combined power supply.
