摘要
对选育的多叶型紫花苜蓿群体SAG-Ma08不同生育阶段多叶率的表达水平进行了研究。结果表明:在结实期多叶表达率最小,仅14.89%;在现蕾期多叶表达率明显恢复达48.98%;在营养体生长期多叶表达恢复正常水平,达到55.21%;说明开花结实生育过程明显干扰制约多叶苜蓿多叶率的表达水平,这种干扰制约因素随生育生长阶段的转换,即获恢复。同时,对不同生育阶段的叶面积测定结果表明:在开花结实过程叶面积明显缩小,平均叶面积仅4.4783cm^2,在营养体生长期叶面积恢复到16.4401cm^2。可见,多叶型紫花苜蓿在开花结实生育阶段过程会同时明显制约多叶的表达和叶面积的生长。
Abstract : In this study, we observed and analyzed the nmlti - leaf trait expression of nmltifoliate alfalfa population SAC - Ma08 in dif- ferent growing stage, the results showed that the nmlti -leaf expression rate was the lowest in ripening period, only 14.89% ; and in squa- ring period, the expression rate recovered to 48.98% ; In vegetative period, nmlti - leaf expression was returned to a normal level, reached 55.21% ; This means that the expression level of nmlti - leaf rate was obviously interfered with the process of flowering and fruiting, and this interference was restored with the transformation of the growth stage. Meanwhile, the leaf area of different growth stage determination re- sults showed that the leaf area was significantly smaller during the flowering and fruiting stage, the average was 4. 4783em2 , but in vegeta- tive period, this number recovered to 16. 4401em 2 So, both the nmlti - leaf trait expression and leaf area of nmltifoliate alfalfa were obvi- ously restricted by the flowering and fruiting stage.
