采煤机行走轮和大齿轮连接结构的分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对电牵引滚筒式采煤机牵引部行走机构行走轮、组件核心部件行走轮和大齿轮的3种连接结构,即渐开线花键式、销子式和牙嵌式3种连接结构,从连接强度、加工周期、成本、拆装方便性等方面进行了分析。得出:从强度方面分析,渐开线花键式行走轮组件结构强度最好;但从加工周期、成本和拆装方便性方面分析,则销子式行走轮结构最好。该比较分析为电牵引滚筒式采煤机牵引部行走机构行走轮组件设计提供理论支持。 The three connection structures of the core components of the walking sprocket and the big gears for the walking parts of the traction unit on the electric traction drum type shearer are the involute spline type,the pin type and the inlay type. The connection strength,processing cycle,cost and convenience of assembly and disassembly have been analyzed. It has been concluded that the strength of the involute spline type wheel assembly is the best from strength analysis, but from the analysis of processing cycle, cost and convenience of assembly and disassembly,the structure of the pin type wheel is the best,which provides theoretical support for the design of the walking wheel assembly of the traction mechanism of the electric traction drum type shearer.
