摘要
目的研究雷火灸改善气虚血瘀证痛性糖尿病周围神经病变的疼痛效果。方法将145例患者按照数字表法随机分为治疗组70例和对照组75例,对照组使用注射胰岛素或口服药物控制血糖,并予西药注射用腺苷钴胺肌肉注射改善微循环治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,加以雷火灸中医技术操作治疗,分别在治疗后3 d、7 d使用疼痛VAS评分法及Barthel评定对比患者日常生活活动能力。结果治疗组患者VAS疼痛评分有明显改善,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论雷火灸法改善气虚血瘀证痛性糖尿病周围神经病变的疼痛具有显著的临床效果。
Objective To study the effect of thunder fire moxibustion on painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods 145 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 70 cases and control group of 75 cases according to the digital table method. The control group used insulin injection or oral medicine to control blood sugar and the Mecobalamin injection muscle injection to improve microcirculation. The treatment group was treated with thunder and fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group. 3 days and 7 days after the treatment, the VAS pain assessment scale and Barthel were used to assess the activities of daily living. Results The VAS pain symptom score of the treatment group was significantly improved（P0.01） comparing with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion has significant clinical effect in improving the pain of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
