摘要
为了实现搅拌摩擦焊接过程中主轴下压力的控制,开发了一套下压力监控系统。采用无线信号传输技术,解决了主轴前端式力传感器信号线的连接问题,通过无线供电技术实现了对下压力监测平台的供电。详细介绍了监测系统的总体方案,下压力监测模块以及下压力监控软件的设计,同时应用单片机原理以及无线射频收发技术实现了进给倍率的实时获取,通过进给倍率的修调实现了进给速度的调节。通过在数控机床上开展焊接实验,对监控系统进行了工程验证。实验证明,该系统能够精确测量下压力,并能够通过控制进给速度实现主轴下压力的控制,且测力范围广、控制精度较高,提高了焊接质量,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to achieve the control of the axial force in friction stir welding process,a set of pressure monitoring system is developed. By using the wireless signal transmission technology,the connection problemof the signal line of the front end of the main shaft is solved,and the power supply of the pressure monitoring platform is realized by the wireless power supply technology.The overall scheme of monitoring system,pressure monitoring module and the design of pressure monitoring software are introduced detailed.The adjustment of traverse speed is achieved by tuning the feed rate,which is acquired by the application of microcontroller principle and wireless RF transceiver technology in real-time. The control system is validated in engineering by the welding experiments on CNC machine tool. The experiment proves that the system can accurately measure the pressure,and realize the control of the pressure by controlling the traverse speed. Due to the wide range of measurement,high control precision and the improved welding quality,pressure monitoring will have good application prospect.
