摘要
齿轮是传动装置的核心零件,合理选择齿轮材料是齿轮正常工作的前提。对齿轮材料进行选择时应综合考虑多方面因素。为使齿轮材料选择结果更加客观合理,将群组层次分析法与模糊综合评判结合使用,从材料的机械性能、工艺性能、经济性、环境友好度四个方面进行分析。首先在yaahp中建立齿轮材料选择体系,其次构建判断矩阵得到指标权重,然后确定材料的指标隶属度,最后结合等级标度值得到各种材料的分值,选择最佳材料。通过一个实例验证了该方法的可行性与实用性。
Gear is the core part of transmission device,choosing the materials correctly made the gear operate normally.Several factors should be considered comprehensively to select gear material.Combining the group analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to make the results more objective and reasonable,four aspects including mechanical property,processing property,economy and environment friendly degree are analyzed.Firstly,established gear material selection system in yaahp,next,got the index weigh by constructing judgment matrix,and then determined the index membership degree of material,finally calculated score of various materials combing with the rating scale and chose the best material. An example was given to verify the feasibility and practicability of the method.
