摘要
许多在役长输油气管道由于其结构特点或者敷设条件的限制而无法实施内检测,非接触式磁力检测技术可全面有效地检测与评估高风险区域管段的应力集中、腐蚀、缺陷等现状。在简要介绍了非接触式磁力检测技术的检测原理、工具、条件及遵循的标准的基础上,重点介绍了检测技术在具体管道工程中的应用,包括工程概况、使用KMD-01M非接触磁力检测仪实施检测的过程、检测数据分析及结果、现场开挖验证等内容。实践证明,该检测技术在操作风险低、不影响管道本质安全的情况下,管道磁异常缺陷段检出率达到90%以上,磁异常缺陷定位准确度达到85%以上。
Non-contact magnetic detection technology is suitable for the pipeline that internal detection can not be performed due to special pipeline structural feature or pipeline laying condition restriction. This article describes the principle,equipment, condition and standard of non-contact magnetic detection technology. Application of KMD-01M non-contact magnetic detector can detect defects of heavy crude oil pipeline in trenchless condition. Through excavation of pipeline,the operability and reliability of the detection technology are verified. The test practice shows that the non-contact magnetic detection technology has low operation risk,possesses intrinsic safety. The detected rate of magnetic anomaly defects is over 90% and the accuracy of defect positioning is over 85%.
