摘要
目前国内很多企业正在紧跟国家"走出去"的步伐,在国际市场开拓方面围绕"一带一路"国家战略积极抢抓历史机遇,充分发挥自有优势,积极布局海外市场。根据多年国际EPC项目投标经验,从项目评估、ITB评审和投标策略方面分别对项目信息来源、项目资金来源、项目合同类型、项目规范标准、合同有效期与工期范围的界定、相关的国际经验知识以及如何研究合同附件共七个部分进行了介绍和分析。
At present,many domestic enterprises are following the national ＂Go global policy＂ and around the national strategy of ＂the Belt and Road＂ to actively seize the historical opportunities in international market development,give full play to their own advantages, and actively arrange overseas markets. Based on many years＇ experience in international EPC project bidding, the author introduces and analyzes the project evaluation,ITB appraisal and bidding strategy from following aspects：project information source,project funding source,project contract type,project code and standard,definition of contract validity period and project duration,relevant international experience and knowledge,and how to study contract appendix.
