摘要
通过室温自然光光照方法在水相中一步合成了合金CdTeS量子点,巯基乙酸稳定的CdTeS量子点经光照10天量子荧光产率达到76.4%,半高宽为32nm。光照时间的不同合金量子点的发射波长在508nm~555nm范围内连续可调,并研究了前驱体溶液PH值和Cd/HTe^-对荧光性能的影响。采用荧光光谱、透射电镜和X-射线粉末衍射对量子点的光学性质、形貌和结构进行了表征。
Water-dispersed CdTeS quantum dots were synthesized by one step room temperature illumination method,the photoluminescence quantum yields of TGA-capped quantum dots can reach up to 76. 4% after 10 days illumination,the fwhm value is merely 32 nm. The fluorescence emission of alloy quantum dots were continuously adjustable in the range of 508 nm ~ 555 nm via different illumination time,and the influence of the PH value and Cd/HTe-of precursor solution on emission spectra was also investigated. The optical properties,morphologies and crystal structures of QDs were characterized by PL emission spectra,TEM and power X-ray diffraction( XRD).
