摘要 饲粮能量直接影响毛皮动物生产性能,如何真实评价动物对饲料能量的需要、利用及能量转化效率是能量代谢研究的重点。毛皮动物维持能量受动物的基础代谢、环境温度、饲养管理、品种、营养物质代谢热增耗等因素的影响。本文综述了毛皮动物能量代谢的研究进展,为毛皮动物精细化饲养和饲料的精准配制提供充足的理论依据。 Dietary energy directly affects performance of fur animals. The study of energy metabolism has been involved in howto really evaluate the needs of feed energy,utilization and energy conversion efficiency for animals. Maintenance energy is influenced by many factors such as basal metabolism of animal,ambient temperature,feeding management,breed as well as heat production of nutrients metabolism. This study summarized the research progress of energy metabolism of fur animals,in order to provide sufficient theoretical basis for refined breeding and accurate preparation of feed for fur animals.
