摘要
目的:了解大学生慢性疲劳综合征的流行现状,并分析其相关影响因素。方法:采用疲劳量表-14对326名浙江东海科学技术学院在校大学生进行问卷调查。运用SPSS11.0统计软件对资料进行统计分析。结果:在校大学生慢性疲劳综合征的检出率为20.2%;不同性别、年级、专业学生慢性疲劳综合征的检出率有显著差异(P<0.05)。单因素分析显示,每天睡眠时间、饮酒、是否参加体育锻炼、饮食是否规律、对现学习环境满意程度、娱乐活动频率与慢性疲劳综合征相关(P<0.05)。结论:在校大学生慢性疲劳综合征的检出率在性别、年级和专业分布上有差异;每天睡眠时间、饮酒、是否参加体育锻炼、饮食是否规律、对现学习环境满意程度、娱乐活动频率与慢性疲劳综合征相关,而工作压力、遇到烦恼时是否会向他人求助与慢性疲劳综合征无关。
Objective To understand the prevalence of chronic fatigue syndrome in college students and to analyze the related factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 326 college students in the east China sea science and technology institute of Zhejiang province using fatigue scale - 14. Spss 11.0 statistical software was used to statistically analyze the data. Results The detection rate of chronic fatigue syndrome in college students was 20.2 %. There was signi? cant di? erence in the detection rate of chronic fatigue syndrome among di? erent sex, grade and major students ( p 〈 0.05 ). Single factor analysis showed that the sleep time, drinking, whether to participate in physical exercise, diet, the satisfaction of learning environment and the frequency of recreational activities were related to chronic fatigue syndrome ( p 〈 0.05 ).Conclusion the detection rate of chronic fatigue syndrome in college students is di? erent in gender, grade and specialty distribution. Sleep time, drinking, whether to participate in physical exercise, diet regularity, the satisfaction of learning environment, entertainment frequency are related to chronic fatigue syndrome, while working pressure, whether encounter troubles will turn to other people for help and chronic fatigue syndrome irrelevant.
