摘要 [目的]建立HPLC法测定陈皮中橙皮苷的不确定度评定的方法。[方法]采用HPLC法测定陈皮中橙皮苷的含量,建立了不确定度评定的数学模型,对各不确定度分量进行分析和计算。[结果]合成了各变量的不确定度,最终求得测定结果的扩展不确定度:(3.16±0.177)%(k=2)。[结论]分析了产生不确定的来源,为有效控制陈皮中橙皮苷含量测定方法提供理论依据。 [Objective] To establish a method for uncertainty analysis of hesperidin in citri reticulatae Pericarpium by HPLC.[Methods] Hesperidin in citri reticulatae Pericarpium was determined by HPLC,the sources of uncertainty for determination were analyzed and calculated and each component of uncertainty was evaluated.[Result] The combined uncertainty was finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables:(3.16±0.177)%(k=2).[Conclusion] The sources of uncertainty were analyzed and reliable theoretical basis could be supplied for the effective control for the determination of hesperidin in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium by this method.
