摘要
文章针对某盾构机主驱动齿轮油润滑系统出现的分配阀堵塞问题,通过对齿轮油内杂质进行抽样检测,最终诊断为主轴承密封泄漏故障。同时,通过对主轴承润滑和密封系统结构的研究,制定了故障处理措施;根据盾构施工时故障状态的实时监测分析,实时调整油脂注入量及齿轮油加压腔的清洗速度,最终确定了维持设备良好状态的动态平衡点和换油标准;通过及时的过滤、清洗及换油工作,有效控制了主轴承和齿轮副的磨损,确保了盾构施工的安全。
Aimed at the problem of alleviating valve clogging shield machine, a diagnosis was made that main bearing sealing in the main drive gear oil lubrication system of a leakage occurred based on a spot inspection of impurities in the gear oil. Through research of the structure of the main bearing lubricating and sealing system, corresponding countermeasures were formulated. In light of the real-time monitoring of fault conditions during shield construction, the grease injection quantity and the cleaning speed of the gear oil pressure chamber were adjusted in real time, and the standards for oil replacement and the dynamic balance point for optimizing the maintenance equipment were determined. Effective control of the main bearing wear and gear pair wear were achieved by timely filtering, cleaning, and oil replacement, ensuring shield construction safety.
