摘要
机器视觉在当代社会的应用极广,针对曾经提出的机器视觉智能识别方法计算代价过大、稳定性不强等缺点,基于激光图像色彩度高、清晰度好的特点,提出基于激光图像的机器视觉智能识别方法。所提方法采用线性扫描技术得到物体扫描信息,根据扫描信息结构特征将其聚类成激光图像。按照存储排列方式提取激光图像色彩向量,通过对其进行非线性卷积运算获取待识别物体边缘结构,实现激光图像边缘检测。最后讨论了机器视觉与激光图像信息点匹配方法,基于对称性特征检测原理将匹配到的虚假信息点排除,将剩余信息点作为识别结果输出。实验结果表明,所提方法具有计算代价小、形状匹配率高的优势。
The application of machine vision in contemporary society is extremely wide,according to the identification method of machine vision was proposed to calculate the disadvantages of excessive cost,stability is not strong,depending on the characteristics of laser image color and high definition,proposed intelligent recognition method of machine vision based on laser image. The proposed method uses the linear scanning technique to obtain the scanning information of the object,which is clustered into a laser image according to the structure characteristics of the scanning information points. In this paper,the color vector of the laser image is extracted according to the storage arrangement,and the edge structure of the image is obtained by nonlinear convolution operation. At last,the method of machine vision and laser image point matching is discussed,and the false information points are eliminated by the principle of symmetry detection. The experimental results show that the proposed method has the advantages of low computation cost and high matching rate.
