摘要
为培养市场经济需要的财务管理专业人才,各高校积极开展专业建设、创新各类人才培养模式。本文从国家发展理念、教育部改革措施和学校发展层面阐述了专业建设的意义,指出高校财务管理专业在人才培养模式、学生能力培养和教师队伍建设方面的不足,结合实践围绕财务管理专业人才培养模式、专业课程体系、教学活动、师资队伍、教学保障体系建设等五方面分别提出了建设框架与举措。
In order to cultivate the financial management professionals needed for the market economy, all colleges and universities actively carry out professional construction and innovation of various talent training models. This paper expounds the significance of professional construction from the national development concept, the reform measures of the Ministry of Education and the development of the school. It points out the shortage of the financial management major in colleges and universities in terms of talent training mode, student ability training and teacher team building. The construction framework and measures were proposed in five aspects： model, professional curriculum system, teaching activities, teaching staff, and teaching security system.
