摘要
对装药过程的推进剂用AP处理进行了研究,分析了易爆物AP物性感度,提出本质安全的盛AP容器运行输送方式;采用码垛、桁架机器人和智能视觉识别,吊车防摇摆精确定位技术,以及AP密相加热装置;经试验得出,AP能够顺利流过换热板,换热效率在80%~90%之间,加热处理后达到预热技术要求。球AP过筛/预热/称量处理无人搬运智能化由五大系统组成:磁道轨叉车、机器人码垛与加料、过筛与吊车提升加料、加热塔/称量料斗/混合机AP加料车、磁道牵引车串联运行,领引装药用AP处理集成智能化工艺。
The treatment of ammonium perchlorate( AP) for propellant loading process was investigated.Analyzed the explosive sensitive of AP,safe transportation mode of AP/AP container intrinsically were put forward,using palletizer robot with visual recognition,truss robot,crane with anti-swing and precise positioning technology as well as heating in dense-phase device of the spherical AP.The experiment shows that the spherical AP can flow through the heat exchanging plate smoothly and the heat transfer efficiency is in 80% ~ 90%.After preheat treatment the AP properties were to meet the technical requirements.Integrated intelligent process of screening,preheating and unmanned intelligent weighing of the spherical AP is composed of five systems: Track forklift; palletizing and feeding by robot,then screening,hoisting and feeding by the crane; preheating tower,weighing hopper,AP feeding trolley of the mixer; magnetic tractors.The systems are in series operation.The integrated treatment of the spherical AP leads intelligent processing for propellant loading industry.
