摘要
针对邯郸市码头选煤厂车间二层梁板振动剧烈,配电室中电子设备多次损坏、梁板结构局部出现裂缝,无法满足安全生产要求等问题,采用振动测试与分析技术对选煤厂车间梁板结构的异常振动进行振源的判断与分析。分析结果表明:二层两台离心机设备为主要振源;振动原因为离心机设备的工作振动频率与梁板结构的二阶自振频率相接近产生共振现象。基于测试分析结果,选用了对框架梁加固的措施,改变梁板结构自振频率,避开共振区,使梁板结构振动响应控制在规范要求限值内,加固后的厂房结构和配电室内电子设备的振动响应明显减弱。该工程实例可为选煤厂内梁板结构振动的分析方法和加固减振设计提供借鉴。
Aiming at the vibration problem of the beam and plates in the coal preparation plant in Handan city matou county,the electronic equipment in the distribution room has been damaged repeatedly,cracks are found in the structure of the beam and plate,it unable to meet the safety production requirements. The vibration test and analysis technique are used to analyze the vibration of the structure in the coal preparation plant. The analysis results show that the two centrifuges on the second floor are the main source of vibration; the cause of the vibration is that the vibration frequency of the centrifuge equipment is close to the second order self-oscillation frequency of the structure.. it can cause the resonance phenomena. Based on results from the test and analysis,the method of reinforcing is to change the vibration frequency of the structure and avoid the resonance region, then, the vibration response of the structure is controlled by the specification. The vibration response of the reinforced structure and the electronic equipment is obviously weakened. This example can provide a reference for the analysis method and the design of the vibration reduction in the coal preparation plant suffering from abnormal vibration.
