摘要
针对采煤机截割部行星架在使用过程中易出现强度不足和疲劳损坏等问题,文章首先分析了截割部传动机构的组成,然后对行星架的工作原理和受力特点进行了分析,在此基础上,利用UG和Abaqus建立了行星架的有限元模型,分析结果表明,在驱动侧轴承安装位末端和三角立柱周边存在应力集中现象,通过采取增设过渡台阶、圆角等优化方法,可显著提高行星架的刚性和强度,降低应力集中,并最终提高行星架的使用寿命。
In view of the problems such as insufficient strength and fatigue damage of planetary frame of the cutting section of shearer during its use,the author first analyzes the composition of the transmission mechanism of the cutting section,and then analyzes the working principle and force characteristics of the planet structure. Based on this,the finite element model of the planetary frame is established using UG and Abaqus. The analysis results show that there is stress concentration phenomenon at the end of the mounting side and the triangle pillar on the drive side. By adopting the additional transition steps,fillet,etc.,the optimization method can significantly increase the rigidity and strength of the planet carrier,reduce the stress concentration,and ultimately improve the service life of the planet carrier.
