Grain microstructure evolution during rolling of GH3625 alloy

摘要 研究和分析了GH3625合金轧制态以及经过1 150℃×5h退火后的晶粒尺寸演化规律。结果表明:GH3625合金随着轧制变形量的增加,材料晶粒尺寸明显变小,在试样表面发生混晶现象;心部尺寸明显低于表面晶粒尺寸。经过1 150℃×5h退火处理后合金心部与表面的晶粒尺寸趋于一致,同时随着变形量增加,退火处理后合金晶粒尺寸逐渐减小。棒材表面混晶只与末火次终轧温度低有关。 The grain size evolution of rolled GH3625 alloy and annealed at 1 150 ℃for 1 hhas been studied and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the rolling deformation,the grain size of the GH3625 alloy is obviously smaller,and the mixed crystal phenomenon occurs on the surface of the sample,and the size of the heart is obviously lower than that of the surface grain size.After annealing at 1 150 ℃for 1 h,the grain size of the core and the surface of the alloy tend to be consistent,and with the increase of the deformation amount,the grain size of the alloy decreases gradually after annealing treatment.The surface mixed crystal of bar is only related to the low temperature of final finishing.
