摘要
目的探讨利用微信公众平台进行性知识普及对大学生性知识知晓情况的影响并评价其应用效果。方法 2017年4月建立微信公众号"小确性",定期推送性知识科普文章,并于2017年11月进行线上问卷调查。调查对象为全国各地高校的在校大学生,主要来自川渝地区。采用问卷调查的形式调查其一般情况、性知识了解程度和影响因素,并进行统计分析。结果以是否关注公众号为分组依据,将研究对象分为实验组与对照组,实验组123人,平均得分(73.98±1.74)分;对照组168人,平均得(63.99±1.67)分,实验组得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。答题正确率大于60%视为合格,实验组合格率为65.85%,对照组合格率为47.62%(P<0.01)。在性知识知晓情况的影响因素中,专业、城乡分布对性知识知晓情况有影响(P<0.05)。结论微信公众平台传播性知识在性教育中起到促进作用,微信公众平台能否成为性知识传播的一种新模式有待探索。
Objective To explore the influence on college students＂ knowledge of sex by disseminating sex education articles via a Wechat Official Account and evaluate its application effect. Methods A Wechat official account＂Indeed Sex＂ was established in April 2017 and push published articles about sex knowledge to the followers regularly. The study was conducted as an online questionnaire in November 2017. The respondents were nationwide college students primarily from Sichuan and Chongqing. The questionnaire consisted of the general information,knowledge of sex and influence factors, and SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the data. Results The objects were divided into two groups, theexperiment group and the control group, based on whether they followed the account or not. There were 123 people in the experimental group, with an average of（73.9±1.74） points;There were 168 people in the control group, with an average of（63.99±1.67） points, being significantly lower than the experimental group（ P d0.01）. The accuracy above 60 % was regarded as qualified. The qualified rate of experimental group was 65.85 % while the control group was 47.62 % （ P〈0.01）. In terms of the influencing factors about sex knowledge awareness, student＇s major and residential location were influential（ P〈0.05） . Conclusion Wechat Official Account has a positive impact on promoting the spreading of sex knowledge. Meanwhile,whether Wechat Official Account can be a new pattern of disseminating sex knowledge or not still needs further study.
