形成性评价在药学实践教学中的应用策略研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文旨在增进对教学过程中形成性评价理论的理解和认识,尤其是如何将其运用并提高药学实践教学的效果。通过对形成性评价和总结性评价的区分理解,提出形成性评价核心要素的"五个专注":专注于过程评价、专注于能力的提升(而非成绩)、专注于教学目标达成情况、专注于提供有效的信息、专注于信息及时反馈及修正;并结合药学实践教学目前存在的相关问题,讨论了各种形成性评价的实际运用策略,以评估学生在案例分析、实验室和现场实践教学环境中的学习情况。同时,建议在药学实践教学形成性评价过程中,应充分考虑多环节主体、全过程的评价,并强调对评价结果的客观解读运用。 This paper aims to enhance understanding and appreciation of formative assessment,especially how to apply it in pharmacy practice education and improves the outcomes of pharmacy practice education. Based on the distinctive understanding of formative assessment and summative assessment, " five focuses " are summarized to demonstrate the core elements of formative assessment: focus on process assessment,focus on improving capacity rather than score,focus on achievement of teaching goals,focus on providing effective information and focus on timely feedback and correction. We discussed the application strategies of the various formative assessments based on the related problems existing in practical teaching of pharmacy at present,in order to evaluate the study status of students in case study, laboratory and experiential pharmacy practice. In conclusion,the paper also offers advice for giving full consideration of various subjects and the entire teaching process assessment while using formative assessment,as well as emphasizing the objective interpretation and application of the with the assessment results.
