Effects of interactive health education on self-care behavior among outpatients with diabetes mellitus

摘要目的探讨互动式健康宣教对门诊糖尿病患者自我护理行为的影响。方法采用便利抽样法，选取2012年6月—2016年7月丹阳市人民医院90例门诊糖尿病患者为研究对象。将2012年6月—2014年6月就诊的45例患者设为对照组，将2014年7月—2016年7月就诊的45例患者设为观察组。对照组患者采用常规健康宣教，观察组患者采用互动式健康宣教。采用胰岛素使用技巧情况问卷、糖尿病知识量表（ADKnowl）、糖尿病自我护理行为量表（SDSCA）对两组患者进行评估。结果干预后6个月观察组患者胰岛素注射部位、保存方法、针头重复使用情况、皮肤消毒及胰岛素抽取剂量合格率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预后6个月，观察组患者ADKnowl总分、SDSCA各维度得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论互动式健康宣教有助于提高糖尿病患者胰岛素正确使用率和患者自我护理知识、行为，值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effects of interactive health education on self-care behavior among outpatients with diabetes mellitus. Methods From June 2012 to July 2016, we selected 90 outpatients with diabetes mellitus from Danyang People＇s Hospital by convenience sampling. A total of 45 patients treatedbetween June 2012 and June 2014 were set in control group while 45 patients treated between July 2014 and July 2016 were set in observation group. Patients of control group received routine health education. Patients of observation group received interactive health education. All of the patients in two groups were assessed with the Insulin Use Skills Questionnaire, Audit of Diabetes Knowledge （ADKnowl） and Summary Of Diabetes Self Care Activities （SDSCA）. Results The qualified rates of positions of insulin injection, preservation methods, using needle repeatedly, skin disinfection and dose of insulin of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group six months after intervention with significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. The total score of ADKnowl and SDSCA of patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group six months after intervention （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions Interactive health education contributes to improving the correct rate of insulin use, knowledge as well as behavior of self care. It is worth to be generalized and applied in clinic.
