污秽潮湿条件下ACF瓷柱式断路器直流泄漏电流和直流电压分布规律研究 被引量:1

Research of DC Leakage Current and DC Voltage Distribution on the AC Filter Porcelain Column Circuit Breakers Under Humid and Contamination Conditions

摘要 为了模拟交流滤波器瓷柱式断路器开断容性负载后直流电压分布,在人工气候室开展污秽潮湿环境下断路器双断口直流电压分布规律及电压—电流特性研究,在不同断口污秽比值与环境湿度条件下,通过直流高压发生器使断路器双断口同时承受直流高压,测量断口泄漏电流及断口间直流电压。试验结果表明:环境相对湿度达到90%及以上时,断路器2个断口由于污秽分布不均引起瓷套表面电导率不一致,导致开断容性负载后负载侧的直流电压大部分集中在同一个断口上,且随着相对湿度提高,断口泄漏电流会出现急剧增加的拐点。此外,还提出解决直流电压分布不均匀的研究方向。 In order to simulate the DC voltage distribution after the ACF porcelain column circuit breaker breaking capacitive load,this paper studies the distribution characteristics of the double fracture voltage and the U-I characteristics of breaker under humid conditions in the artificial climate chamber. Moreover under the condition of different fracture surface contamination ratios and environmental humidity,the leakage current and the fracture surface of the DC voltage are measured by using the DC high voltage generator which can make the circuit breaker double fracture at the same time so as to withstand DC high voltage. The experimental results show that there are differences on the surface conductivity of the two fracture surfaces when the environmental relative humidity reached 90% and above. Therefore,the DC voltage on the load side is mostly concentrated in the same fracture surface after opening the capacitive load,and,the leakage current of the fracture surface tends to increase sharply as the relative humidity increases. Besides,the research direction of the DC voltage distribution is put forward in this paper.
