摘要
±800 kV锡盟—泰州特高压直流输电工程是中国大气污染防治行动计划的12个重点项目之一,换流站直流额定电压±800 kV,额定电流6 250 A,输电能力达到1万MW,是世界上第1条千万千瓦级的特高压直流输电工程。为保障直流输电系统运行的安全性与可靠性,在换流阀安装投运前产品必须通过型式试验的验证。西安高压电器研究院利用换流阀运行试验合成回路,模拟特高压直流输电工程用换流阀在实际运行中的各种工况,完成了锡盟站晶闸管阀的运行型式试验和附加特殊试验,验证了锡盟工程换流阀的设计可靠性,相关试验数据为晶闸管和换流阀的生产商及相关技术人员提供了设计参考。
Ximeng-Taizhou ±800 kV UHVDC transmission project is an important plan of action for the control of atmospheric pollution in our country,the converter station rated DC current is 6 250 A,the capacity of the project up to 10 billion watt,this is the first 10 million k W UHVDC transmission project in the world. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the transmission system,the converter valves must be verified by operational type test before the converter valve is installed. XIHARI has completed thethyristor converter valves operational type test and additional special test by using the thyristor valve synthetic test circuit,simulated the various working conditions of thyristor converter valves under the actual operation,and verified the design reliability of the valve. The test data provided the design reference for the manufacturers and related technical personnel of the thyristor and converter valve.
