摘要
为优化洛阳烟区烤后烟叶等级结构,使优质烟叶原料得到有效供给,以豫烟6号为材料,研究田间摘除不适用烟叶数量与方式对烤烟生理特性及产质量的影响。结果表明:随着摘除不适用烟叶数增加,烟株各部位烟叶净光合速率、叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性均呈上升趋势;下部叶的淀粉酶活性呈下降趋势,中部烟叶呈先下降后上升趋势,上部烟叶呈上升趋势;中、上部叶的糖碱比和钾氯比呈上升趋势,总氮、烟碱含量呈下降趋势。留叶数相同时,与一次性留叶相比,二次留叶会降低中部烟叶淀粉酶活性和总氮含量,其余性状指标的差异较小。综合看,在洛阳烟区栽培豫烟6号,打顶时一次性摘除4片底脚叶,留叶18片的效果最佳,可使烤烟等级结构达到最优,产量产值相对较高。
The effects of removing inapplicable leaf number and pattern on physiological characteristics,yield and quality of Yuyan 6 were studied to optimize the grade structure of cured tobacco and safeguard effective supply of quality tobacco raw material in Luoyang tobacco-growing area.Result:The net photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content and nitrate reductase activity of tobacco leaves with different leaf position all show the rising trend with increase of removing inapplicable leaf number.The amylase activity of bottom leaves,middle leaves and upper leaves presents the declining trend,declining at first and then rising trend and rising trend with increase of removing inapplicable leaf number respectively.The sugar/nicotine ratio and potassium/chlorine ratio of middle and upper leaves shows the rising trend but total nitrogen and nicotine content presents the declining trend with increase of removing inapplicable leaf number.The twice remained leaf pattern can reduce the amylase activity and total nitrogen content of middle leaves compared with once remained leaf pattern when the remained leaf number is the same and there are no obvious differences in other character indexes.In conclusion,the pattern of removing four bottom leaves once and remaining 18 leaves at topping can acquire the optimum tobacco grade structure and relatively high yield and output value for Yuyan 6 in Luoyang tobacco-growing area.
