摘要
概述了在天钢炼钢厂1号LF精炼工序进行120t钢包喂实芯纯钙线的试验情况。试验结果表明:与原来喂硅钙线相比,实芯纯钙线在喂入过程中未出现卡线、断线等异常情况,喂线速度在2.3 m/s,平均喂线量在162.3 m/h,钙的平均收得率为16.9%,钙处理成本降低了3.31元/t。钙处理热力学分析和现场试验结果显示,120 t钢包的实芯纯钙线的喂线速度采用2.3 m/s是合理的。
The experiment of feeding pure-calcium cored wire into 120t ladle in LF refining process of steelmaking plant of Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co., Lid. (TISC)is summarized. The experimental results show-that, compared with the original silicon-calcium cored wire feeding, there are no abnormal conditions such as wire blocking and breaking during the feeding process. The wire feeding speed is 2.3 m/s, the average wire feeding volume is 162.3 m/h, the average yield of calcium is 16.9%, and the cost of calcium treatment has decreased by 3.31 yuan/t. The thermodynamic analysis of calcium treatment and the field test results show-that 2.3 m/s is a reasonable feeding speed of the pure-calcium cored wire for 120 t ladle.
