摘要
目的:探究社区获得性肺炎采用清肺汤联合左氧氟沙星药治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2016年2月~2018年5月社区获得性肺炎患者104例,分为对照组和实验组,每组患者52例。对照组采用左氧氟沙星进行治疗,实验组采用养阴清肺汤联合左氧氟沙星进行治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效及用药过程中出现皮疹、消化道不适、头晕及瘙痒等不良反应率。结果:实验组治疗总有效率96.15%,显著高于对照组的总有效率37.30%(P<0.05);实验组的不良反应率7.69%,显著少于对照组28.84%(P<0.05)。结论:社区获得性肺炎采用清肺汤联合左氧氟沙星治疗效果显著,不良反应少,安全有效,值得广泛应用。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Qingfei decoction combined with levofloxacin in treatment of community-acquired pneumonia.Methods：104patients with community-acquired pneumonia from February 2016to May 2018 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group,with 52 patients in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,the experimental group was treated with Qingfei decoction combined with levofloxacin.Two groups of patient＇s clinical curative effect and adverse reactions appeared in the process of such as drug rash,gastrointestinal discomfort,dizziness and pruritus were compared.Results：The total therapeutic efficiency of the experimental group was 96.15%,higher than that of the control group with 37.30% （P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rate of 7.69%in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group with 28.84%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Qingfei decoction combined with levofloxacin is effective in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia.
