摘要
医院办公室管理工作的创新、工作效率的提高对医院各项活动的开展有着重要的意义。笔者结合医院办公室工作的实际情况,阐述了医院办公室的职能,分析了医院办公室的现状,提出了医院办公室的创新举措,为国内各级医院办公室管理工作提出一些切实可行的建议,有益于医院办公室管理工作效率的提高。
The innovation of hospital office managenlent and the improvement of work efficiency are of great signifi- cance to the development of hospital activities. Based on the actual situation of the hospital office work, this paper expounds the functions of the hospital office, analyzes the present situation of the hospital office, proposes innovative measures for the hospital office, puts forward some practical suggestions for the managenlent of the hospital office at various levels in China, which is beneficial to the improvenlent of hospital office managenlent efficiency.
