球墨铸铁管断后伸长率不合格原因分析

摘要 对球墨铸铁管断后伸长率不合格的现象,采用化学成分测定、宏观检验及显微组织分析方法分析各因素对断后伸长率的影响。研究表明,原材料化学成分和生产工艺控制不当使球墨铸铁管金相组织出现球化不良和石墨漂移现象,这也是导致球墨铸铁管断后伸长率不合格的主要原因。 Regarding to issue of unqualified elongation after fracture for nodular cast iron pipe, effects of variousfactors on elongation after fracture have been analyzed by applying methods of chemical compositions determination,macro inspection and microstructure analysis. The result showed that chemical compositions of raw material and unsuit-able control on production process resulted in unsound nodulizing and graphite floatation existing in metallographicstructure of nodular cast iron pipe, which was the main cause to lead to unqualified elongation after fracture of nodularcast iron pipe.
