基于BIM技术的装配式机电优化研究 被引量:7

摘要 传统的机电工程设计自身存在着许多的缺点,往往有时候还会影响工程的质量,最终产生较差的使用效果,造成建筑物使用寿命、能耗、空间、经济等极大的损失。为了解决上述问题,文章以2017年北京住博会装配式机电展台为例,以BIM技术为研究工具进行优化研究。 The traditional mechanical and electrical engineering design has a lot of shortcomings, and sometimes it will affect thequality of the project, resulting in poor results, resulting in building life, energy consumption, space, economic and other huge losses.In order to solve the above problems, this paper takes the assembly electromechanical exhibition stand of Beijing living Expo 2017 asan exemplar, and uses BIM technology as a research tool to optimize the research.
