摘要
螺旋藻的生长对光环境有着一定的要求。随着科技的发展,我们可以从光强、光谱等多个方面对螺旋藻生长的光环境进行调控。我们利用LED可调光的特点改变了光的强度、光谱等,探究了螺旋藻在不同的光环境下的生长特点,发现了光照的强度和光谱对螺旋藻的生长速度和最终产量都有一定的影响。
Spirulina is a creature of great value for cultivation and it has certain requirements for the light environment. With the development of science and technology,people can control the light environment of the growth of the spirulina from the light intensity,spectrum and so on. This paper uses LED adjustability to change the light intensity and spectrum,and probes into the growth characteristics of spirulina in different light environment. We found that the intensity and spectrum of light have a certain connection with the growth rate and final yield of the spirulina.
