摘要 为了直观地反映混凝土搅拌机搅拌过程中的物料流动状态和搅拌低效区的分布状况,以常见的双卧轴搅拌机为例,借助离散元分析软件EDEM对整个搅拌过程进行模拟仿真。对搅拌过程中物料的运动状态进行实时观察,同时随机选取某一颗粒对其在搅拌过程中不同时刻的运动轨迹进行跟踪。结果表明,在搅拌装置结构的影响下,搅拌过程中物料发生了沿轴向和径向的循环流动;物料在靠近搅拌轴的低效区运动缓慢,出现搅拌不均、抱轴等现象。 In order to visually reflect the material flow state and the distribution of the inefficient zone during the mixing process of the concrete mixer,taking the common twin-shaft mixer as an example,the simulation of the whole mixing process was carried out by means of discrete element analysis software EDEM.The motion state of the material was observed in real time,and a certain particle was randomly selected to track the trajectory of the material at different times during the mixing process.The results show that under the influence of the structure of the stirring apparatus,the material flows in the axial and radial directions during the mixing process.The material moves slowly in the inefficient zone near the stirring shaft,and there is a phenomenon of uneven mixing and axle holding.
