摘要
目的:探讨经尿道双极等离子前列腺电切术在良性前列腺增生症患者中的临床效果。方法:取2016年1月至2017年4月南宁市武鸣区人民医院收治的良性前列腺增生症患者56例,随机数字法分为对照组(28人)和观察组(28人)。对照组采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,观察组采用经尿道双极等离子前列腺电切术治疗,比较两组临床疗效及安全性情况。结果:观察组手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间及术中出血量,短(少)于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前IPSS评分、残余尿量及最大尿流率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后IPSS评分、残余尿量,低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后最大尿流率,高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:良性前列腺增生症患者采用经尿道双极等离子前列腺电切术治疗效果理想,安全性较高,值得推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of the prostate in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（ BPH）. Methods： 56 patients with BPH were randomly divided into control group（ n = 28） and observation group（ n = 28）. The patients in the control group were treated by transurethral resection of the prostate,and the observation group was treated with transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of the prostate. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results： The operation time,bladder irrigation time and intraoperative blood loss were shorter in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment in IPSS score,residual urine volume and maximum urinary flow rate（ P 〈 0. 05）. The maximum urinary flow rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Difference in complication rate between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： Transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of the prostate is of ideal effect in the treatmentof patients with BPH,with high safety,which is worthy to be popularized.
