摘要
目的探讨妊娠晚期促宫颈成熟引产中水囊的应用效果。方法方便选取138例2016年1月—2017年8月在该院接受引产的妊娠晚期孕妇为对象,依据促宫颈成熟方式差异分组,69例予以水囊者为研究组,69例予以宫缩素者为对照组,回顾性对比分析两组引产效果。结果研究组宫颈软化优良率是97.10%,与对照组79.71%比较更高(χ~2=5.854,P<0.05);研究组引产至临产、第一产程的时间均较对照组短(t=10.186、22.428,P<0.05);研究组引产成功率是98.55%,较对照组的82.61%高(χ~2=4.012,P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率是2.90%,较对照组的14.49%低(χ~2=4.262,P<0.05)。结论妊娠晚期促宫颈成熟引产水囊应用效果显著,可促进宫颈软化程度的提升,进而缩短引产时间,提升引产成功率。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the application effect of water sac in induction of cervical ripening during late pregnancy. Methods 138 cases of pregnant women who received induction of labor from January 2016 to August2017 in this hospital were convenient selected as subjects. According to the difference of cervical ripening methods, 69 cases were treated with water bladder as the study group, and 69 cases were treated with uterine contractions. In the control group, a retrospective comparative analysis of the effect of induction in both groups was conducted. Results The excellent rate of cervical softening in the study group was 97.10% compared with 79.71% in the control group(χ^2=5.854, P〈0.05); the time from induction of labor to clinical labor and the first stage of labor of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(t =10.186, 22.428, P〈0.05); The success rate of induction of labor in the study group was 98.55%, which was higher than 82.61% in the control group(χ^2=4.012, P〈0.05). The complication rate in the study group was 2.90%, which was14.49% lower than that in the control group(χ^2=4.262, P〈0.05). Conclusion In the third trimester of pregnancy, cervical ripening is effective in inducing the production of water sac. It can promote the degree of cervical softening, thereby shortening induction time and improving the success rate of induced labor.
