摘要
首先介绍了海水循环泵齿轮箱试验台的总体构思和结构原理;然后详述了试验台加载系统各主要零部件的设计过程,尤其是重要件的有限元分析和力学计算的过程;最后简述了加载系统的实际操作步骤和被测齿轮箱的试验结果,并给出加载装置的设计总结。
It introduces the overall conception and structure principle of seawater circulating pump gearbox test,and design the main parts of the loading test system,proposes the process of finite element calculation of key parts and mechanical simulation,illustrates the detail about the actual operation steps of loading system,the test results of the tested gearbox and a summary of the design of the loading device.
