摘要
目的探究儿童糖尿病护理中的健康教育实施效果观察。方法对该院儿科治疗的78例儿童糖尿病患儿的完整资料进行查看与分析研究,资料收集时间为2013年3月—2017年4月,采用数字表法随机分配78例患儿为观察组和対照组。结果经过两种不同护理方式后,观察组患儿血糖控制情况明显优于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率为2.56%,对照组不良反应发生率为20.51%,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育应用于儿童糖尿病护理中临床效果显著,有助于控制儿童糖尿病血糖水平,提高整体护理质量,减少不良反应发生率,安全可靠,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To study the implementation effect of health education in nursing of children with diabetes. Methods The complete data of 78 cases of children with diabetes treated in our hospital were analyzed and studied, from March 2013 to April 2017, and randomly divided into two groups. Results After nursing, the blood glucose control of children in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（2.56% vs 20.51%）, and the difference was obvious, with statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of health education in nursing of children with diabetes is obvious, which contributes to controlling the blood glucose level of children with diabetes, improving the holistic nursing quality and reducing the incidence rate of adverse reactions, and it is safe and reliable, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
