摘要
医疗服务智能监管系统对规范诊疗行为、控制医疗费用不合理增长、提高医疗资源利用效率具有重要作用。描述了医疗质量管理存在问题,介绍了依托全民健康信息平台建立的医疗服务智能监管系统架构、系统在医院的应用。
The medical service intelligence supervision system plays an important role in standardizing the diagnosis and treatment behaviors,controlling the unreasonable increase of medical expenses,and improving the utilization efficiency of medical resources. The article describes the existing problems of medical quality management,introduceds the architecture of medical service intelligent supervision system relying on the universal health information platform,and the application of the system in the hospital.
