流沙包机的结构研究

摘要 参考了国内几种包子机,研究了一种结构简单的流沙包机。该机的供陷和供面装置采用的是螺旋供送装置;包子成型装置应用的是专利结构。采用上述结构组装的流沙包机经过三维组装与仿真,证明结构尺寸和结构装配工艺合理、无干涉、运行可靠,可以投入生产,并应用于饭店和食堂。 Referring to several domestic stuffing machines,a simple sand drift machine with simple structure has been studied. The device for the supply and settlement of the machine is a spiral feeding device,and the application of the bun molding device is a patent structure. Through three dimensional assembly and simulation,the flow sand machine assembled with the above structure proves that the structure size and structure assembly process is reasonable,without interference and reliable operation,and can be put into production and used in restaurants and canteens.
