摘要
目的:探讨麻杏二陈汤、金水六君煎治疗特禀质咳嗽的效果。方法:收治特禀质咳嗽患者58例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用麻杏二陈汤、金水六君煎治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组中医症候积分、患者咳嗽缓解时间及医疗费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麻杏二陈汤、金水六君煎治疗特禀质咳嗽的效果显著。
Objective：To explore the effect of Ma Xing Er Chen Tang,Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian in the treatment of cough of Te Bing Zhi.Methods：58 patients with cough of Te Bing Zhi were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group was treated with Ma Xing Er Chen Tang,Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,the TCM syndrome score was significantly less than that of the control group after treatment,the time of relieving cough and the cost of medical treatment were significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Ma Xing Er Chen Tang,Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian in the treatment of cough of Te Bing Zhi was significant.
