摘要
通过对电力客户的失信行为进行分析,以居民用户为例,找出电力客户不规范用电的表现形式,建立电力信用评价指标体系,划分信用等级,制定电力信用策略。以信用为手段建立事中事后的有效监督,为规范市场经济秩序、改善市场信用环境、降低交易成本、防范经济风险提供有力保障。
Through the analysis of the discredit behavior of the pow- er customer,taking the resident user as an example,we find out the mani- festation of the non standard electricity consumption of the power custom- er,set up the index system of electric credit evaluation,divide the credit lev- el into account,and set the electric credit strategy.Taking credit as the means,we should establish effective supervision after events,which will provide a strong guarantee for standardizing the economic order, improv- ing market credit environment,reducing transaction costs and guarding against economic risks.
