摘要
针对目前在导弹垂直冷发射适配器设计和发射分离过程研究中存在的试验周期长、成本高、影响因素考虑不全面等问题,基于空气动力学和流体力学基本理论,建立了垂直冷发射条件下适配器与导弹分离过程的运动学模型和气动载荷模型,提出了一种采用CFD仿真技术实现适配器气动力系数插值计算的方法,通过开展虚拟试验获取适配器发射分离过程动力学响应特性,通过三维可视化手段展示适配器分离动力学过程;基于大量虚拟试验,采用碰撞干涉检测算法和随机抽样法定量计算适配器分离可靠性,为适配器分离过程研究和适配器安全性设计提供有效的分析方法。
Regarding current issues of missile adapters design and separating process research, for instance, long test cycles, high costs and incomplete influence factors, missile-adapter separation kinematics model and aerodynamic load model are built based on aerodynamics and hydrodynamics principles. An interpolation method for adapter aerodynamic coefficients is proposed. Dynamic responses of adapter separation are gained by applying virtual tests. Adapters separating process is displayed using 3 D visualization tools. Based on large quantities of virtual tests, adapter separation reliability is analyzed by way of random sampling and collision detection. The the missile-adapter separation analysis and the safety approach suggested provides an effective method for design of adapter.
