摘要
生鲜农产品供应链管理的研究近年来受到了国内外学者的密切关注,该领域研究对促进农业经济发展有非常重要的意义。通过回顾和整理20世纪90年代以来国内外相关研究文献,总结了生鲜农产品供应链管理的内涵,分析了国内外研究的总体情况。梳理出国内的主要研究热点为生鲜农产品供应链模式、冷链物流、供应链协调。国外的主要研究热点为需求预测、物流和库存管理、供应链协调和供应链可追溯技术。最后通过对国内外研究内容的比较分析,指出未来的研究趋势和方向。
The research on supply chain management of fresh agricultural products has been closely watched by scholars at home and abroad in recent years. Research in this field is of great significance for promoting the development of agricultural economy. By reviewing and sorting out relevant research literatures at home and abroad since the 1990s, the connotation of supply chain management of fresh agricultural products was summarized, and the overall situation of domestic and foreign research was ana-lyzed. The main research hotspots in China are the supply chain model of fresh agricultural products, cold chain logistics and supply chain coordination. The main research hotspots in foreign countries are demand forecasting, logistics and inventory manage-ment, supply chain coordination and supply chain traceability technology. Finally, through the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign research content, the future research trends and directions are pointed out.
