摘要
食品理化检验这项工作要求谨慎与严格地对待。食品理化检验分析涵盖三个部分,即质量保证、质量控制、质量评价,其中食品理化检验分析中非常关键的一个方面是质量控制。为此,本文分析了食品理化检验分析中质量控制的意义以及质量控制措施。
The work of physical and chemical testing of food requires careful and strict treatment. The physical and chemical inspectionanalysis of food covers three parts, namely quality assurance, quality control and quality evaluation. One of the most critical aspects of foodphysical and chemical inspection analysis is quality control. To this end, this paper analyzes the significance of quality control and qualitycontrol measures in the physical and chemical analysis of food.
